If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refunds and Returns Policy outlines how you can return items and request a refund. 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain products, such as customized or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@toolworks.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number along with shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and ship it using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If the return does not meet our policy conditions, it may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, email support@toolworks.com with details and photos of the issue. If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used or damaged items (unless received in that condition)
